Nell’ambito del Team Enterprise Platform, avrai l’opportunità di lavorare su progetti di implementazione della suite Workday HCM, contribuendo alla gestione del cambiamento e supportando i clienti nell’adozione delle migliori soluzioni digitali per l’ambito HR.

 

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

  • Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti di business tramite workshop e interviste con i referenti HR e IT;
  • Progettare e configurare soluzioni Workday HCM (Core HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance) in linea con le esigenze del cliente;
  • Redigere documentazione funzionale e tecnica a supporto dei processi HR;
  • Condurre test funzionali, supportare l’UAT e coordinarsi con gli stakeholder;
  • Gestire il go-live e la fase di Hypercare, garantendo la stabilità della soluzione;
  • Formare gli utenti finali e supportarli nell’adozione operativa della piattaforma.

 

Sarai coinvolta/o in progetti nazionali e internazionali, lavorando con team multidisciplinari e supportando clienti dei settori Retail, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Industrial & Manufacturing e Automotive.

 

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

  • Hai maturato 4–6 anni di esperienza su progetti di implementazione Workday HCM;
  • Conosci a fondo i processi HR in contesti complessi, in particolare quelli legati al ciclo di vita del dipendente, performance e compensation;
  • Hai una padronanza fluente della lingua inglese, idealmente con esperienze in contesti internazionali;
  • Sei disponibile a trasferte, in Italia e all’estero, per supportare il cliente nelle principali fasi progettuali;
  • Il possesso di certificazioni Workday (es. HCM Core, Learning, Recruiting) è considerato un plus.

Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to support companies in transforming their business models, improving and digitising processes, managing risk, and navigating extraordinary financial operations.

As part of our Enterprise Platform Team, you’ll work on Workday HCM implementation projects, supporting clients through change management and helping them adopt best-in-class digital HR solutions.

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and interviews with HR and IT stakeholders

  • Design and configure Workday HCM solutions (Core HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance) tailored to client needs

  • Produce functional and technical documentation to support HR process design and delivery

  • Conduct functional testing, support UAT activities, and liaise with key project stakeholders

  • Oversee go-live activities and manage the Hypercare phase to ensure solution stability

  • Train end users and support platform adoption across the client organisation

You will work on both national and international projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting clients across the Retail, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Industrial & Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors.

 

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Experience

This opportunity is a great fit if:

  • You have 4–6 years of experience delivering Workday HCM implementations, with hands-on responsibility over one or more modules

  • You have in-depth knowledge of HR processes in complex environments, especially in areas such as employee lifecycle, performance, and compensation

  • You speak English fluently and ideally have experience working or studying in international contexts

  • You are open to business travel, both within Italy and abroad, to support clients through key project phases

  • Workday certifications (e.g. HCM Core, Learning, Recruiting) are a strong plus
