You will join our Corporate Finance professionals in the Consumer & Industrial Team (CIM) based in the Bologna Office and will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills. Being an active member of our Corporate Finance Practice, you will be part of the #1 M&A mid-market advisor both at a local and global level, you will be able to learn and grow thanks to inspiring and trusted leaders, and you will build your career in one of the most exciting environments. 

Specifically, you will be tasked with: 

  • Corporate Finance and M&A origination/execution 

Come As You are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

  • 1-2 years experience in M&A and Corporate Finance;
  • An excellent Master’s degree in Business or Management Engineering;
  • Strong knowledge of company financial statements;
  • Proficiency in English, ideally improved trough an educational/working experience abroad;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
