The Business Consulting team supports clients operating in Consumer & Industrial Industry in both consumer and business-to-business environments (Food, Consumer & Retail, Fashion & Luxury, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Lifescience) on a wide range of projects.

By joining our team in Bologna, you will interface with top-level professionals and clients, thus building the foundations of your professional career in a collaborative and stimulating environment, attentive to individual growth and open to discussions.

Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of management & marketing, choosing us to work on Growth Management as a core topic for the engagements. Specifically:

  • Strategy & Growth projects: go-to-market strategy, market entry strategy, market scouting, competitive analysis, local and international market benchmarking.
  • Marketing & Communication projects: digital marketing, insights & analytics, marketing return on investment, organization & capabilities, category management, sales & channel management.
  • Business planning and evaluation: commercial due-diligences, 3 years industrial plans.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This represents an ideal opportunity for candidates who possess:

 

  • Master's degree obtained in Economics/Management with an excellent grade;
  • 3 - 4 years experience in operational or strategic marketing in multinationals (e.g. fast moving consumer goods, retail, industrial manufacturing, financial services) or in consulting focused on growth-related topics
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad;
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package (good level of Excel / Powerpoint);
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel
