Ricerchiamo per la sede di Bologna professionisti che abbiano maturato almeno 3/4 anni di esperienza presso società di consulenza o system integration fortemente orientate all'innovazione tecnologica a supporto del Business.

Il ruolo sarà focalizzato sull’esecuzione proattiva e responsabile di complesse attività progettuali, per le quali è richiesta:
 

• Esperienza nella definizione di strategie ICT: redazione di piani di sistemi e piani strategici ICT, strategie di sourcing ICT, strategie di evoluzione del portafoglio applicativo, strategie di migrazione al Cloud
• Capacità di valutare l’impatto delle evoluzioni/innovazioni tecnologiche sulle architetture applicative e infrastrutturali
• Esperienza sul design di Architetture Tecnologiche complesse e Business Architecture e competenze su tematiche di Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) e Microservice Architecture (MSA)
• Conoscenza delle metodologie di analisi e disegno di processi di trasformazione digitale e supporto alla migrazione in Cloud
• Conoscenza di base delle metodologie di Project Management, Agile, DevOps
   

Requisiti necessari:
 

• Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche;
• almeno 1/2 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza o grandi aziende internazionali del settore ICT
• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (Livello minimo B2);
• Ottime capacità comunicative (scritte e orali)
   

Rappresentano un plus:
 

• Esperienza nel disegno dei processi IT sulla base delle best practice di mercato
• Conoscenza dei principali tool utilizzati in ambito IT Governance
• Eventuali certificazioni (Prince, ITIL v4, Togaf v9, Scrum o certificazioni AWS/Ms Azure/Google/Professional Cloud Service Manager)

Nolan Norton recognises the strategic role that ICT plays in giving companies a competitive edge and supporting CIOs in addressing the complex technological and organisational challenges brought by market change.

The position will be focused on the proactive and reliable completion of complex project activities, coordinating part of the project team and assisting the manager with client management. The successful candidate will work autonomously and have a leadership role within the team and will be responsible for the quality of the work assigned.

The ideal candidate must have:
 

• a track record in the definition of IT strategies: technology roadmaps, IT sourcing strategies, development strategies for the IT software portfolio and cloud strategies;
• the ability to rapidly assess the IT implications of a company’s strategy and the corporate implications of IT strategies and vice versa;
• a track record in IT governance processes (e.g., ITIL) and the main applicable banking regulations (Bankit 285, GDPR, etc.);
• knowledge of the banking sector and comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end processes in the various functional areas: administration and finance, loans, payments, CRM, etc.;
• knowledge of the main IT applications used by banks and architectures;
• experience in implementing and performing quality assurance for IT solutions;
• knowledge of the emerging technological trends (big data, API, RPA, AI space, etc.) and their impact on the overall architecture and related operating model;
• knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, DevOps and design thinking) and IT financial management.
   

Candidates must also have:
 

• a degree in technical/scientific subjects;
• three to five years of cross-industry experience with consulting companies;
• experience in financial services projects, preferably;
• proficient written and spoken English;
• excellent leadership and team working skills;
• excellent communication abilities (written and spoken).
   

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:
 

• a track record in team management (2-3 people);
• certifications (Prince, ITIL, Scrum, etc.).
