Your role and responsibilities

By joining the Supply Chain & Operations Digital Solutions team in Bologna, you will support leading Italian and international companies in redesigning and transforming their supply chain and operations through the strategic use of digital technologies. 

You will take part in projects that include process analysis, operating model redesign, and the implementation of digital tools to enhance planning, production, and logistics. 

Working on topics such as Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Supply Chain digitalization, you will also explore the potential of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to drive innovation, automation, and data-driven decisions across the entire value chain. 

 

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

       Supporting the design and delivery of transformation projects across Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains. 

       Helping define digital transformation roadmaps and supporting clients in improving their processes and adopting the right technologies. 

       Collaborating with client stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify pain points, and translate them into functional and technical specifications 

       Managing client relationships and aligning project delivery with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. 

       Promoting the adoption of enabling technologies such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), as well as emerging solutions like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics 

       Contributing to the implementation and roll-out of digital solutions, ensuring proper system integration. 

       Driving project activities with autonomy and accountability, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution. 

       Preparing project documentation, status updates, and deliverables, and participating in client meetings and workshops. 

 

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

 

       A master’s degree in industrial or management engineering with high academic performance. 

       At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations, with a strong track record in delivering digital transformation and system integration projects. 

       Proven experience in system integration across complex IT environments, involving one or more technologies such as ERP, MES, WMS, cloud-based platforms, or AI-driven solutions. 

       Solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, with experience in areas such as logistics, production, procurement, or planning. 

       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

       Full professional proficiency in English, preferably supported by international study or work experience. 

       Excellent command of MS Office applications. 

       Ability to work independently, managing tasks and deliverables with a high degree of ownership. 

       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
