In particolare, entrerai a far parte del Team Lighthouse, all’interno della service line Intelligent Automation che si occupa di progetti di Digital Transformation. Lighthouse Intelligent Automation è la practice di KPMG che progetta e realizza soluzioni software per automatizzare i processi aziendali, combinando intelligenza artificiale, agenti, piattaforme low-code e sviluppo su misura. Non ci fermiamo al prototipo: accompagniamo il cliente dall’analisi del processo fino alla soluzione in esercizio, con presidio della sicurezza, della conformità e dei benefici misurati.

Nello specifico verrai coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:

•    Condurre assessment sui processi del cliente, identificare i casi d’uso candidati

•    Disegnare l’architettura della soluzione e scegliere le tecnologie in funzione del caso d’uso, mantenendo l’indipendenza dal singolo fornitore

•    Guidare la realizzazione con un team di sviluppo, presidiando qualità del codice, ciclo di rilascio e gestione degli ambienti

•    Definire i presidi di governance: tracciabilità delle decisioni automatizzate, gestione dei rischi, allineamento ad AI Act e requisiti settoriali

•    Misurare i benefici in esercizio e rendicontarli al cliente sui dati reali

•    Fare da riferimento tecnico per i colleghi più giovani e contribuire alla crescita delle competenze della practice

•    Supportare le attività commerciali: proposte tecniche, stime, presentazioni al cliente

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

•    Hai maturato tra i 2 ai 3 anni di esperienza su progetti di automazione dei processi, sviluppo app o soluzioni basate su AI, con responsabilità crescenti

•    Possiedi padronanza della Microsoft Power Platform in contesti enterprise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, gestione degli ambienti, policy DLP e ALM o altre piattaforme alternative come GCP e AWS

•    Hai esperienza documentata su Microsoft Copilot Studio

•    Possiedi capacità di disegnare integrazioni verso ERP, CRM e sistemi terzi tramite API e connettori

•    Hai esperienza nella conduzione di workshop e nella relazione con interlocutori di business e IT a livello direttivo

•    Esperienza nella gestione di un team di sviluppo e di rispondere di tempi, qualità e risultato

•    Hai una buona padronanza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all’estero

• Hai conoscenza di Claude Code o altri strumenti di sviluppo agentico, usati per accelerare analisi, prototipazione e scrittura di codice

•    Hai utilizzato Google Gemini e Vertex AI, o altro ecosistema di AI generativa

•    Hai utilizzato piattaforme di automazione e orchestrazione: UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Appian, Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow

•    Possiedi conoscenza di strumenti di integrazione e dati: Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Databricks, Snowflake

•    Possiedi conoscenza di strumenti di sviluppo tradizionale: Python, .NET, JavaScript, react, AngularJS o TypeScript

•    Possiedi conoscenza dell’AI Act e dei temi di governance e conformità delle soluzioni di AI

•    Certificazioni Microsoft PL-600 (Solution Architect), PL-400 o AI-102

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 33.000 e € 41.000, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

As part of this role, you will join the Lighthouse Team within the Intelligent Automation service line, focused on delivering Digital Transformation projects.

Lighthouse Intelligent Automation is KPMG’s practice dedicated to designing and delivering software solutions that automate business processes through the combination of artificial intelligence, AI agents, low-code platforms, and custom development. We go beyond prototyping, supporting clients from process analysis through to production deployment, while ensuring security, compliance, and measurable business benefits.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client process assessments and identify high-value AI and automation use cases.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and select the most appropriate technologies based on business requirements, maintaining a vendor-agnostic approach.
• Lead solution delivery in collaboration with development teams, ensuring code quality, release management, and environment governance.
• Define and implement governance frameworks, including automated decision traceability, risk management, and compliance with the AI Act and industry-specific regulations.
• Measure operational benefits and provide data-driven reporting to clients based on actual performance outcomes.
• Act as a technical mentor for junior colleagues, supporting the growth of skills and capabilities across the practice.
• Support business development activities through technical proposals, effort estimations, solution presentations, and client engagements.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualifications

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:

• 2-3 years of experience delivering process automation, application development, or AI-based initiatives, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform within enterprise environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environment management, DLP policies, and ALM practices; experience with alternative cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS is also valued.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Solid experience designing integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems through APIs and connectors.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and effectively engage with both business and IT stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Experience leading development teams and being accountable for delivery timelines, solution quality, and overall project outcomes.
•  Are procifent in English, preferably complemented by international study and/or work experience.
• Familiarity with Claude Code or other agentic development tools used to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and software development.
• Experience with Google Gemini, Vertex AI, or other Generative AI ecosystems.
• Exposure to automation and orchestration platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Appian, Camunda, Pega, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of data and integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of traditional software development technologies, including Python, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of the EU AI Act and broader AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), and/or AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate).

• Experience working in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Additional certifications in cloud, automation, or AI technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Intelligent Automation or AI transformation initiatives.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €33,000 to €41,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
