KPMG Business Services offre servizi interni all’organizzazione, supportando tutte le linee di servizio e coadiuvando i professionisti nella gestione delle attività quotidiane. In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Contract Review, dipartimento della funzione Quality & Risk Management, come Contract specialist di Milano, sarai responsabile di fornire i più alti standard di assistenza diretta e di supporto alla Leadership e ai componenti del Management Group. 

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• analisi e revisione di tutta la contrattualistica commerciale (con specifico focus su clienti e fornitori) per compliance alle normative e alle policy di Network,
• supporto alla funzione commerciale nella negoziazione dei contratti con clienti e fornitori,
• redazione e aggiornamento dei template contrattuali, 
• monitoraggio della compliance aziendale agli aggiornamenti della normativa italiana (D. Lgs. 231/01, Privacy, D. Lgs. 81/08) ed alle policy di Network.

Come As you Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• hai una laurea specialistica in Giurisprudenza;

• hai maturato una pregressa esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni, nell’ambito della contrattualistica, preferibilmente presso società di consulenza e servizi aziendali (ad esempio in ambito economico-finanziario, legale, informatico, ecc…).

• hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1);

• hai ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

• sarà considerato titolo preferenziale aver maturato competenze in ambito privacy, tech-law, anche attraverso la fruizione di corsi di specializzazione o master;

KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing their daily activities. Specifically, by joining the Contract Review Team, a department within the Quality & Risk Management function, as a Contract Specialist in Milan, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership and members of the Management Group.

In detail, your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis and review of all commercial contracts (with a specific focus on clients and suppliers) to ensure compliance with regulations and Network policies.
• Support for the commercial function in negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Drafting and updating contractual templates.
• Monitoring corporate compliance with updates to Italian regulations (Legislative Decree 231/01, Privacy, Legislative Decree 81/08) and Network policies.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You hold a master's degree in Law;

• You have previous experience of at least 2–3 years in contract management, preferably in consulting and corporate services firms (e.g., in economic-financial, legal, or IT fields).

• You have excellent knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level);

• You have a strong command of the Office suite.

• It will be considered a preferential qualification to have gained expertise in privacy and tech-law, including through specialized courses or master's programs.
