Corporate Finance, Tangible Asset Valuation Services practice provides best-in-class advice and execution on the most complex transactions and projects related to tangible assetsleveraging our global network to ensure our clients meet their objectives, regardless of industry or geography. Our team provides robust valuations of plant, equipment and infrastructure assets for top tier clients across a broad range of industries (locally and globally) and government entities for multiple purposes including financial reporting, tax (and stamp duty), pre and post transaction and audit support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Valuation of tangible assets and infrastructures including on-site inspections
  • Data modelling and analysis using traditional MS Office as well as digital tools such as Pyhton, Alteryx and Power BI
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative information on markets, companies, sectors, and transactions to identify key performance indicators and value drivers.
  • Prepare valuation reports and asset due diligence documents that present the analysis performed, key assumptions, and conclusions.

  • Valuation of tangible assets and infrastructure
  • Asset management analysis
  • Use of data analytics

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

  • An excellent Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on engineering management (or similar), asset management and data science;
  • Proficiency in English, ideally improved trough an educational/working experience abroad
  •  Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and skills in data analysis using digital tools such as Pyhton, Alteryx and Power BI and
  • Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) and the ability to draft technical and economic reports.
  • An engineering mindset and understanding of different types of tangible assets, combined with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to conduct market research to gather information on costs and market values.
  •  

A working/internship experience during University will be considered a plus.
