Specifically, when you join the Customer Salesforce Team in Milan, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer experience models from a digital perspective, including through the adoption of the latest AI solutions applied to CRM. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey, with the opportunity to follow projects in their entirety, on an end-to-end basis: from process and requirements analysis, to solution design, through to development, testing and go-live.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
• Analysis, design, and implementation of innovative solutions based on the Salesforce suite, with a particular focus on Service Cloud (customer service management, case management, omnichannel), Sales Cloud (sales cycle management, pipeline, forecasting) and Experience Cloud (customer portals, communities and self-service)
• Design and implementation of solutions based on Agentforce, Salesforce's autonomous AI agent platform, for the automation of customer service, sales and operations processes, defining topics, actions and interaction logic between AI agents and the client's business processes
• Active participation across the entire project lifecycle (e2e), from gathering and analyzing functional requirements, to defining the solution design, through to supporting development, platform configuration and functional testing
• Redefinition of the strategy of primary Italian and international companies, analyzing new functional requirements related to business processes and translating them into concrete technological solutions
• Monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance, including through native Salesforce platform reporting and analytics tools
Come As You Are – Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
• A master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, with direct knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, in particular Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge, even theoretical, of AI solutions applied to CRM, with particular interest in Agentforce and autonomous AI agents
• Ability to follow projects on an end-to-end basis, from process analysis to solution design and development
• Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
• Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist) are considered a plus

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €29,000 to €33,000 for the Consultant position and from €31,000 to €37,000 for the Senior Consultant position. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
