KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. When you join the Advisory team in Milan, you are going to work on the Advisory Program Management for KPMG internally across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMA).
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Working directly with the Head of Advisory in EMA and EMA COO ensuring all tasks and events are on track;
- Strategic design and implementation of Advisory priorities across the region;
- Developing a deep understanding of the internal structure of the EMA Advisory enterprise, through participation in meetings with senior leadership;
- Coordination of deliverable production alongside senior stakeholder across KPMG internally;
- Preparation of presentation materials for a variety of topics and events the EMA Head of Advisory will be participating in;
- Manage the internal budgets across priority solutions within the region and liaising with the finance team;
- Event management – from time to time we are required to plan events and it is imperative these run smoothly from the event itself, to catering and accommodation requests;
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if:
- 3 years of PMO experience being deeply involved in the internal running of a business;
- High proficiency in English, preferably native speaker or with work experience abroad;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel);
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in an effective manner;
- Excellent ability to manage multiple topic workflows across strategic priorities;
- A master’s degree in business management or finance is a plus.
