• Attivazione di stage (gestione delle relazioni con università e istituti di formazione);
• Contratti (assunzioni, proroghe e/o trasformazioni, distacchi, periodi di prova, cessazioni, aspettative, trasferimenti, retention, accordi di stabilità), obblighi amministrativi e verifiche della normativa vigente;

Come As Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai conseguito una laurea magistrale in discipline economiche o giuridiche;

• Hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;

• Hai ottime doti comunicative (scritte e orali) ed una buona padronanza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero;

• Hai passione ed entusiasmo per le tematiche HR, curiosità e proattività, approccio flessibile e rispetto delle scadenze.

• La conoscenza della gestione SAP HR sarà considerata un plus.

KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing daily activities. 

You will be included in the HR Operations team and, among various activities, you will be able to take care of the following:

• Activation of internships (management of relationships with universities and training institutions);
• Contracts (recruitment, extensions and/or transformations, secondments, trial periods, terminations, expectations, transfers, retention, stability agreements), administrative obligations and checks of current legislation;
• People Analytics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• Master's degree in economic disciplines;;

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;

• Good knowledge of the English language;

• Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity, and proactivity, flexible approach, and respect for deadlines.
