La funzione IT Governance e Performance ha la responsabilità di garantire il governo end-to-end dei processi chiave IT, trasparenza sulle performance, disciplina finanziaria, compliance ai framework di controllo e un modello di reporting che consenta alla Direzione IT di prendere decisioni basate su dati e KPI oggettivi. Nello specifico l’IT Governance & Performance Specialist contribuisce a queste finalità con un focus particolare sul monitoraggio della performance dei servizi e reporting, sulla performance finanziaria e controllo dei costi, analisi della performance dei fornitori e esecuzione dei processi di governance e compliance della Direzione IT rispetto ai framework di controllo aziendali.

 

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di

 

1. Governance Economico-Finanziaria del dipartimento IT interno

 

  • Collaborare con la funzione Finance controlling garantendo la corretta gestione di processi di budget, forecasting e gestione dei costi IT
  • Monitorare costi ricorrenti (licenze, cloud, contratti, servizi gestiti)
  • Supportare l’ottimizzazione della spesa attraverso analisi dei costi e saving plan in collaborazione con le alte funzioni IT

 

2. IT Performance Management

 

  • Contribuire alla definizione del framework di KPI e scorecard IT (servizi, processi, vendor)
  • Preparare la reportistica periodica per IT Leadership
  • Identificare trend, inefficienze, aree di miglioramento operativo
  • Guidare la creazione del cruscotto “IT Performance” per la Direzione

 

3. Cost Allocation, Showback & Chargeback

 

  • Mantenere e migliorare il modello di allocazione dei costi IT verso funzioni/LoS
  • Garantire la corretta raccolta dei driver di consumo e del TCO dei servizi
  • Produrre report showback/chargeback con analisi puntuali per stakeholder

 

4. Governance dei Fornitori IT

 

  • Analizzare TCO, performance economica e SLA dei fornitori
  • Contribuire alla formalizzazione di vendor scorecard e performance review

 

5. Portfolio & Investment Governance

 

  • Fornire analisi economiche a supporto del Portfolio Management
  • Supportare la definizione e la valutazione business case, ritorno atteso e sostenibilità finanziaria delle iniziative
  • Monitorare benefit realization e allocazione CAPEX/OPEX.

 

6. Compliance, Controlli e Audit

 

  • Supportare le azioni necessarie per la conformità ai requisiti di IT Governance e Performance (audit IT, ISO …)

 

 

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

 

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

  • Hai maturato un’esperienza di circa 5 anni in primari contesti consulenziali, imprese o istituti bancari
  • Hai conseguito la Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline simili
  • Hai conoscenza di framework IT governance (e.g. ITIL)
  • Hai la capacità di costruire modelli di cost allocation e analisi TCO
  • Conoscenza dei processi ITSM e del ciclo di vita dei servizi IT
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel/Power BI e strumenti di reporting
  • Conoscenza dei contratti IT (licenze, cloud, outsourcing)
  • Gradita esperienza in pratiche FinOps
  • Orientamento al dato e pensiero analitico
  • Precisione e affidabilità nella gestione di informazioni economiche.
  • Capacità di collaborare con stakeholder tecnici e finanziari
  • Attitudine alla sintesi e alla comunicazione chiara
  • Problem solving e proattività

KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing daily operations.

The IT Governance & Performance function is responsible for ensuring end-to-end governance of key IT processes, transparency on performance, financial discipline, compliance with control frameworks, and a reporting model that enables IT Management to make data-driven decisions based on objective KPIs. Specifically, the IT Governance & Performance Specialist contributes to these objectives with a strong focus on service performance monitoring and reporting, financial performance and cost control, vendor performance analysis, and the execution of IT governance and compliance processes in line with corporate control frameworks.

 

Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Focus on the Following Areas

 

1. IT Financial Governance

 

  • Collaborate with the Finance Controlling function to ensure proper management of IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.

  • Monitor recurring costs (licenses, cloud services, contracts, managed services).

  • Support spend optimization initiatives through cost analysis and savings plans, in collaboration with senior IT functions.

 

2. IT Performance Management

 

  • Contribute to the definition of the IT KPI framework and scorecards (services, processes, vendors).

  • Prepare periodic reports for IT Leadership.

  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement.

  • Drive the development of the “IT Performance” dashboard for IT Management.

 

3. Cost Allocation, Showback & Chargeback

 

  • Maintain and enhance the IT cost allocation model across functions and Lines of Service.

  • Ensure accurate collection of consumption drivers and total cost of ownership (TCO) for IT services.

  • Produce detailed showback and chargeback reports for key stakeholders.

 

4. IT Vendor Governance

 

  • Analyze vendors’ TCO, financial performance, and SLA compliance.

  • Contribute to the development of vendor scorecards and performance reviews.

 

5. Portfolio & Investment Governance

 

  • Provide financial analyses to support IT Portfolio Management.

  • Support the definition and evaluation of business cases, expected returns, and financial sustainability of initiatives.

  • Monitor benefits realization and CAPEX/OPEX allocation.

 

6. Compliance, Controls and Audit

 

  • Support activities required to ensure compliance with IT Governance and Performance requirements (IT audits, ISO standards, etc.).

 

 

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Profile

 

 

This opportunity is ideal for you if you have:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms, corporations, or banking institutions.

  • A Master’s degree in Management Engineering or similar disciplines.

  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL).

  • The ability to build cost allocation models and TCO analyses.

  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and the IT service lifecycle.

  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of IT contracts (licenses, cloud services, outsourcing).

  • Experience with FinOps practices is considered a plus.

  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical thinking.

  • Accuracy and reliability in managing financial and economic information.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and financial stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and synthesis skills.

  • Problem-solving attitude and proactivity.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Excellent command of the English language.
