Our support to leading national and international companies in the areas of administration, finance and control plays a fundamental role in identifying potential opportunities, redesigning reporting models, and harmonizing accounting and management processes.
At KPMG Fides Servizi di Amministrazione we want to invest in young people, providing them with solid skills that make them credible and reliable professionals. By joining our Team, you will work closely with market-leading companies, supporting clients and operating through ‘integrated’ compliance of administrative activities in order to translate into well-defined procedures the heterogeneous regulatory, procedural, and legislative context— which affects accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
For our Milan office, we are looking for Junior Staff to be involved in administrative activities for client companies. The candidate will be placed in the Payroll department and will support the Immigration Team, specifically in the following activities:
- Assisting in managing paperwork related to the entry and stay of foreign citizens (EU, non-EU);
- Supporting the transfer of personnel abroad, in collaboration with local correspondents;
- Monitoring and studying Italian and international regulations relating to immigration, contractual, and tax issues for employees and seconded personnel.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Law or related fields;
- Good command of the Office suite with a particular focus on Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, flexibility, and dynamism.
The candidate must be a problem solver who never loses sight of their goals, able to build positive relationships and promote collaboration within the team and with the client. They must be able to inspire confidence and drive change through motivation and enthusiasm.
