As part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance Sustainability team, you will gain expertise in the following areas:

  • internal control and risk assessment in the industrial sector;
  • performance of Legislative decree no. 231, SOX, 262 and anti-bribery compliance engagements;
  • integrated compliance;
  • internal auditing;
  • evaluating and designing internal control systems;
  • studying industrial sector legislation and its applications and implications on processes and procedures.

 

Sustainability:

  • definition of strategies and strategic sustainability and shared value plans;
  • socially responsible investments, sustainable finance and ESG ratings;
  • sustainability reporting systems and the preparation of sustainability reports/integrated reporting;
  • development of circular economy and LCA initiatives;
  • supply chain management (policies, assessment models, audits, etc.);
  • development of socio-environmental impact assessment models.

 

Climate change:

  • preparation of decarbonisation strategies (“transition plans”) and carbon inventory;
  • definition of scenario analyses on climate change through the use of tools/research on internationally-recognised scenarios (e.g., IPCC, etc.);
  • support in the definition of objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative (SBTI);
  • identification and quantification of the financial impacts of the risks and opportunities of climate change.

 

The ideal candidate must have:

  • a master's degree in business and management, business administration and administration, finance and controlling;
  • interest in working on compliance and corporate governance, internal audit and risk management topics;
  • excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
  • an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
