In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Planning & Control di Milano, sarai responsabile di fornire i più alti standard di assistenza diretta e di supporto alla Leadership e ai componenti del Management Group.
Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:
- Affiancare il team nella predisposizione dei piani triennali e del relativo monitoraggio;
- Supportare nell’area di pianificazione economica e definizione dei Profit Plan;
- Affiancare nella predisposizione di report dettagliati per i comitati di funzione, Area e Business Unit;
- Supportare nelle attività di analisi di commessa, del magazzino e finanziarie;
- Affiancare il team nella predisposizione del reporting locale e Internazionale;
- Affiancare il team nell’implementazione dell’AI e degli strumenti di Business Intelligence per il Finance.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:
- Hai una laurea ad indirizzo economico, statistico o similari;
- Hai una spiccata attitudine all'innovazione tecnologica e alla digitalizzazione dei processi;
- Hai ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point e Power BI (costituirà un plus la conoscenza di SAP)
- Hai buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello upper-intermediate)
- Hai buone capacità analitiche e di problem-solving

L’opportunità prevede un inserimento in stage con indennità mensile di 1.000€ per stage extracurriculare o in assunzione con inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio al IV° livello; la retribuzione sarà definita e commisurata in relazione a criteri oggettivi quali competenze, esperienza effettiva maturata e aderenza ai requisiti richiesti per la posizione.

KPMG Business Services provides internal services across the organisation, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing their day-to-day activities. In particular, by joining the Planning & Control Team in Milan, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership team and Management Group members.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the team in the preparation of three-year plans and the related monitoring activities;
- Provide support in financial planning and the development of Profit Plans;
- Support the preparation of detailed reports for Functional, Area and Business Unit Committees;
- Support project, inventory and financial analysis activities;
- Support the team in the preparation of local and international reporting;
- Support the team in the implementation of AI and Business Intelligence tools within the Finance function.
Come As you Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche
This opportunity is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a degree in Economics, Statistics or a related field;
- Have a strong interest in technological innovation and process digitalization;
- Have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus;
- Have a good command of English (upper-intermediate level);
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €1,000 for extracurricular internships or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, level IV°. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills, relevant experience and fulfilment of the requirements of the position.
