KPMG Business Services offre servizi interni all’organizzazione, supportando tutte le linee di servizio e coadiuvando i professionisti nella gestione delle attività quotidiane. In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team People presso la sede di Milano, con il ruolo di Learning intern, sarai responsabile di fornire i più alti standard di assistenza diretta e di supporto alla Leadership e ai componenti del Management Group.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Supportare nell' analisi dei bisogni, definizione dell’offerta formativa e execution del piano di learning per alcune linee di servizi, monitorando la soddisfazione e l’ingaggio dei clienti interni.
• Supportare il monitoraggio della formazione obbligatoria secondo le policy e guideline interne.
• Supportare l’individuazione, analisi e monitoraggio KPI di funzione attraverso analisi dei dati ed elaborazione di dashboard.

• Stai conseguendo o hai appena conseguito una laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche.
• Hai un buon utilizzo della Suite Microsoft, in particolare excel e power point.
• Hai buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta.

KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing their daily activities. In particular, by joining the People Team in the Milan office as a Learning Intern, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of direct assistance and support to Leadership and members of the Management Group.

Specifically, you will:

• Support the analysis of training needs, the definition of the learning offering, and the execution of the learning plan for selected service lines, monitoring internal client satisfaction and engagement.
• Support the monitoring of mandatory training in line with internal policies and guidelines.
• Support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of functional KPIs through data analysis and dashboard development.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in humanities or economics.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
