We are recruiting a consultant to join our Intellectual Property Team in Milan, who will be involved in:

• Advising on intellectual and industrial property matters (trademarks, patents, design, copyright);
• Handling both litigation and non-contentious activities for national and international clients;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts related to new technologies and digital media;
• Providing strategic consulting in the IT and tech sector;
• Supporting IP litigation and the legal protection of intellectual property rights;
• Independently managing cases and coordinating assigned team members.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Italy, in both litigation and non-contentious IP matters;
• Law degree and admission to the Italian Bar;
• Previous experience in leading law firms or within IP departments;
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
• Proven ability to independently manage cases and coordinate team resources.

Stiamo cercando un consulente da inserire nel nostro team legale specializzato in Proprietà intellettuale a Milano, che si occuperà di:

• Assistenza in materia di proprietà intellettuale e industriale (marchi, brevetti, design, diritto d’autore);
• Gestione di attività sia giudiziali che stragiudiziali per clienti nazionali e internazionali;
• Redazione e revisione di contratti relativi a nuove tecnologie e digital media;
• Attività di consulenza strategica in ambito informatico e tech;
• Supporto nelle fasi di contenzioso IP e nella tutela legale dei diritti di proprietà;
• Coordinamento delle risorse assegnate e gestione autonoma delle pratiche.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

Questa è l'opportunità perfetta per te se hai:

• Almeno 4 anni di esperienza post-abilitazione maturata in Italia, in ambito giudiziale e stragiudiziale;
• Laurea in Giurisprudenza e abilitazione alla professione forense;
• Precedente esperienza in Studi legali di primaria importanza o all’interno di dipartimenti IP;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta;
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia nella gestione di pratiche e nel coordinamento delle risorse di Studio.
