In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Financial Tax della sede di Milano, ti occuperai di:

• Analisi delle problematiche inerenti l’imposizione diretta domestica e consulenza continuativa a società di capitali operanti in ambito bancario, finanziario e/o assicurativo;
• Pareristica relativa a questioni di fiscalità internazionale (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc);
• Analisi del trattamento fiscale di operazioni di gestione straordinaria (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, etc);
• Tax due diligence;      
• Tax compliance;
• Trattamento IVA delle operazioni finanziarie;
• Tassazione delle rendite finanziarie.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai:

• Esperienza professionale di almeno 7 anni presso primari studi nazionali o internazionali e/o società di consulenza; 
• Laurea magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza con voto di laurea superiore a 100/110;
• Abilitazione all’esercizio di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
• Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
• Flessibilità e dinamicità.

The tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.

Specifically, when you join the Financial Tax team, you will be tasked with:

• analysing issues concerning direct taxation in Italy and offering ongoing advice to companies operating in the banking, financial and/or insurance sector;
• expressing opinions on international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
• analysing the taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
• tax due diligence;      
• tax litigation;
• tax compliance;
• application of VAT to financial transactions;
• taxation of financial returns.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• at least 7 years of professional experience in leading firms;
• certification to practice as a chartered accountant or lawyer;
• a master’s degree in economics and/or law;
• an excellent knowledge of English;
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
• a flexible and dynamic approach.
