Il candidato ideale verrà inserito sulla sede di Milano e ha maturato 7-10 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza o in contesti aziendali fortemente orientati all'innovazione tecnologica a supporto del Business con focus lato Banking sui seguenti ambiti:

• definizione di strategie ICT: redazione di piani di sistemi e piani strategici ICT, strategie di sourcing ICT, strategie di evoluzione del portafoglio applicativo, strategie di migrazione al Cloud 
• valutazione dell’impatto delle evoluzioni/innovazioni tecnologiche sulle architetture applicative e infrastrutturali
• analisi e disegno di processi di trasformazione digitale secondo le metodologie di Project Management, Agile, DevOps, Design thinking

Completano il profilo:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica, Gestionale o affini
• Certificazioni di Project Management (PRINCE II/SCRUM/PMI etc.), IT Service Management (ITIL e/o COBIT) o altre (SAFe, DevOps, ServiceNow etc.)
• Utilizzo avanzato di software quali: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI o similari
• Indispensabile ottima e comprovata conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da esperienze all’estero
• Buone doti comunicative e relazionali e capacità di presidio di tavoli internazionali
• Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e attitudine al problem solving
• Conoscenza dei meccanismi del mercato Banking
• Esperienza pregressa in ambito Digital Payments sarà considerata un plus
• Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi e trasferte

The successful candidate will join our Milan team and should have seven to ten years of experience with consulting companies or with companies deeply focused on supporting businesses with technological innovation and specialised in the following areas for banks:

• ICT strategy definition: designing ICT systems and preparing strategic plans, ICT sourcing strategies, software portfolio development strategies and cloud migration strategies;
• evaluation of the impact of technological developments/innovations on software and infrastructure architectures;
• analysis and design of digital transformation processes using Agile, DevOps and design thinking project management methodologies.

Candidates must also have:

• a degree in computer engineering, electronic engineering, engineering management or similar;
• project management (PRINCE II/SCRUM/PMI, etc.), IT service management (ITIL and/or COBIT) or other (SAFe, DevOps, ServiceNow, etc.) certifications;
• advanced software skills such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI or similar;
• an excellent, demonstrated knowledge of English is vital, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to attend international conferences and meetings;
• the ability to work towards goals and an aptitude for problem solving;
• knowledge of the banking market mechanisms;
• experience in the digital payments field is considered an advantage;
• the possibility to travel frequently.
