KPMG Business Services offre servizi interni all’organizzazione, supportando tutte le linee di servizio e coadiuvando i professionisti nella gestione delle attività quotidiane. In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Report Services di Milano, sarai responsabile di fornire i più alti standard di assistenza diretta e di supporto alla Leadership e ai componenti del Management Group. 

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Produzione grafica di slides, standardizzazione e correzioni di presentazioni, report e pubblicazioni di differente tipologia (es: documentazioni per gare, corsi di formazione interni ed esterni, seminari, workshop, presentazioni e brochure per eventi marketing);
• Battitura, trascrizione e, all'occorrenza, traduzione di piccoli testi;
• Stampa e rilegatura report e documenti;
• Supporto a funzioni interne per la preparazione di proposte, manualistica, carte di lavoro, modulistica e pareri intercompany;
• Gestione dell’archivio in formato elettronico.

Come As Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai una laurea in discipline umanistiche ed economiche;
• Hai ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (soprattutto Word e Power Point);
• Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C2);
• Hai esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo o affine di 1 anno.

KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing their daily activities.
In particular, by joining the Report Services Team in Milan, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership and members of the Management Group.

Specifically, your duties will include:

• Graphic production of slides, standardization, and editing of presentations, reports, and publications of various types (e.g., documentation for tenders, internal and external training courses, seminars, workshops, marketing event presentations and brochures);
• Typing, transcribing, and, when required, translating short texts;
• Printing and binding reports and documents;
• Supporting internal functions in preparing proposals, manuals, working papers, forms, and intercompany opinions;
• Managing electronic archives.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Attributes

This opportunity is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a degree in humanities or economics;
• Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and PowerPoint);
• Have a good command of the English language;
• Have previous experience of 1 year in a similar or related role.
