KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. When you join the Non Financial Risk team in Milan, you are going to work on organizational and methodological issues within complex Risk Management projects following both regulatory and managerial goals for top-tier clients in the Financial Services sector.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- implement and review governance models and processes for operational, reputational and other non-financial risks (including ICT and cyber);
- design, review and assist to the execution of standard operational and reputational risk management identification and evaluation processes;
- implement Risk Appetite Framework metrics, reporting systems and mitigation processes for non-financial risks;
- design processes for embedding operational risk data and metrics into business-as-usual activities
- collaborate with ICT & cyber risk specialist to integrate such risks framework with overall Operational Risk system
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience about the main regulations for non-financial risks (e.g. Basel 2/3, EBA Outsourcing guidelines, ECB’s recommendations on ESG risks, DORA, …) and standard components of NFR framework (e.g. operational / reputational or integrated risk assessment, analysis of internal control systems, collection of data on operational events or IT incidents)
- you possess a master’s degree in management engineering, Economics or Finance;
- possess excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably backed up by experience abroad;
