In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai impegnata/o della gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; in particolare, insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti, analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni digitali presenti sul mercato per la gestione integrata dei processi.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Raccogliere i requisiti di business attraverso interviste e workshop, con focus sui moduli Core HR, Performance di Oracle HCM Cloud. 
• Progettare soluzioni personalizzate in Oracle HCM Cloud, allineate alle esigenze del cliente
• Redigere analisi funzionali e tecniche per processi HR end-to-end. 
• Configurare e ottimizzare i moduli Core HR, Performance per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi del cliente. 
• Effettuare test e collaborare con gli utenti finali per assicurare la qualità della soluzione. 
• Formare gli utenti aziendali per favorire l’adozione della soluzione implementata. 
• Supportare il cliente durante il deploy della soluzione e il successivo periodo di Hypercare, garantendo una transizione efficace

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti sia nazionali che internazionali, collaborando con professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del Consumer and Industrial Market, inclusi i settori Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing e Automotive.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai maturato 2 anni di esperienza nell’implementazione e/o supporto post-implementazione di soluzioni Oracle HCM Cloud, con focus su uno dei moduli: Core HR, Performance.
• Hai esperienza nel supporto alle integrazioni di Oracle HCM con sistemi di terze parti e/o migrazioni dati da sistemi esterni. 
• Hai esperienza nella gestione di processi HR, con particolare attenzione alla gestione del ciclo di vita del dipendente e alle performance aziendali. 
• Hai esperienza consolidata nell’utilizzo di strumenti Microsoft quali Excel, Powerpoint, Word per la redazione di documentazione a supporto dei progetti 
• Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente arricchita da esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all’estero. 
• Sei disponibile a trasferte, sia in Italia che all’estero, per supportare i clienti in tutte le fasi progettuali.

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to support companies in transforming their business models, improving and digitizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, and navigating extraordinary finance operations.
By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in managing business transformation processes. In particular, alongside experienced colleagues, you will analyze strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering business requirements through interviews and workshops, with a focus on the Core HR and Performance modules of Oracle HCM Cloud

• Designing customized Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with client needs

• Drafting functional and technical analyses for end-to-end HR processes

• Configuring and optimizing the Core HR and Performance modules to ensure the achievement of client objectives

• Performing tests and collaborating with end users to ensure solution quality

• Training business users to facilitate the adoption of the implemented solution

• Supporting the client during the solution deployment and subsequent Hypercare phase, ensuring a smooth and effective transition

You will work on both national and international projects, collaborating with highly qualified professionals and working closely with clients in the Consumer and Industrial Market, including Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Experience

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You have 2 years of experience in the implementation and/or post-implementation support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on one of the following modules: Core HR, Performance.
• You have experience supporting Oracle HCM integrations with third-party systems and/or data migrations from external platforms.
• You have experience managing HR processes, with particular attention to the employee lifecycle and organizational performance.
• You have solid experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce project documentation.
• You have a good command of the English language, preferably supported by study or work experience abroad.
• You are available to travel, both in Italy and abroad, to support clients throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
