KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. When you join the Financial Risk team in Milan, you are going to work on Recovery & Resolution Plan and ICAAP projects for top-tier clients in the Financial Services sector.
 

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• ICAAP: risk identification and materiality analysis on pillar 1 and 2 risks, methodologies and processes for measuring and stress testing risks from a management perspective;
• Recovery Plan: recovery indicators, scenarios and options (including feasibility study), escalation processes, playbook and dry-run;
• Resolution Plan: resolvability self-assessment and work program, MREL, bail-in playbook and dry-run, separability analysis, business reorganization plan, resolution funding plan and liquidity in resolution (incl. Collateral Mng in Resolution), FMI contingency plan, OCIR framework, MIS capabilities for info provision (Bail-in Data Set and Valuation Data Set).

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

• have at least 2 years of experience in the Risk Management function of banks, credit institutions or in leading consulting firms on ICAAP, Recovery & Resolution projects:
• possess a master's degree in economics or science;
• have an excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably backed up by experience abroad;
• you have an excellent knowledge of the office package
