Specifically, when you join the TMT (Technology, Media Entertainment & Telecommunication) team in Milan, you will work closely with market-leading companies in the telecommunications sector on innovative topics, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey within the specific context of telecommunications. This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the telecommunications industry, participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of digitalizing business operations.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- TMT market analysis and industry benchmarking;
- Business process mapping and re-engineering;
- Redesigning a new operational Governance model;
- Project and Change Management;
- Organisational analysis and design;
- Technology solutions (e.g. AI) design and adoption;
- Target Operating Model design.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
- Master's degree in Management Engineering or Management (or similar);
- 2 to 4 years of experience in TMT projects in a consulting company and/or a TMT company at the national and international level;
- Knowledge of TMT market and processes, particularly Telecom value chain (b2c, b2b, wholesale);
- Familiarity with technology solutions adoption in the TMT space (e.g. Assessment, roadmap, requirements definition, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office;
- Good project management skills and data-driven problem solving;
- An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
