Per questa ragione stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire in stage nel Team Employer Branding all’interno della Funzione People del Network KPMG, supportando il team nelle seguenti attività:

• Organizzazione di eventi ad hoc in collaborazione con le Università (career fair, presentazioni, challenge, momenti di orientamento e networking);
• Gestione di iniziative di Attraction a supporto dei needs di recruiting a livello Network, con l’obiettivo di posizionare KPMG come Employer of choice;
• Supporto nella predisposizione di presentazioni e reportistica relative alle iniziative in essere.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Stai conseguendo una Laurea magistrale o un Master in discipline umanistiche o economiche;
• Hai un forte interesse e curiosità per tematiche HR, soprattutto di Employer Branding;
• Hai empatia, forte propensione al team-work e spiccata capacità di ascolto;
• Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e della Suite Microsoft.

La sede di lavoro è Milano e l’inserimento è previsto tramite percorso di stage curriculare di 3 mesi, con momenti di formazione specifica e on the job.

Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities
We want to ensure a distinctive Candidate Experience and effectively share our culture and values externally! Our goal is to make sure that the talents who choose to join KPMG are truly motivated and eager to invest in their professional and personal growth. For this reason, we are looking for an intern to join the Employer Branding Team within the People Function of the KPMG Network, supporting the team in the following activities:

• Organizing ad hoc events in collaboration with universities (career fairs, presentations, challenges, orientation and networking sessions);
• Managing Attraction initiatives to support recruiting needs at the Network level, with the aim of positioning KPMG as an Employer of Choice;
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and reports related to ongoing initiatives.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualities
This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree or a postgraduate degree in humanities or economics;
• You have a strong interest and curiosity in HR topics, especially Employer Branding;
• You are empathetic, have a strong team-working attitude, and excellent listening skills;
• You have a good command of English and the Microsoft Suite.

The position is based in Milan and the internship is a 3-month curricular program, including specific and on-the-job training.
