Per supportare la nostra struttura People di Milano stiamo cercando un/una Talent Attraction Intern.

Entrando a far parte del nostro team lavorerai a contatto con professionisti di tutti i livelli. Ti verrà assegnato un tutor che ti seguirà nel tuo tirocinio formativo di 6 mesi e ti aiuterà nella crescita professionale. Sarai responsabile del job posting, screening dei cv, phone interview, somministrazione di test, aggiornamento del nostro ATS ed organizzazione di assessment.

Per essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare:

• Laurea specialistica conseguita o in fase di conseguimento;
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Passione ed entusiasmo per le tematiche HR, curiosità e proattività, approccio flessibile e rispetto delle scadenze.

Costituiscono un titolo preferenziale precedenti esperienze lavorative nell’ambito HR e/o esami o tesi inerenti.

To support our People structure in Milan, we are currently seeking a Talent Attraction Intern.

By joining our team, you will work closely with professionals at all levels. You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through your 6-month internship and assist you in your professional growth. Your responsibilities will include job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, administering tests, updating our ATS, and organizing assessments.

To be the ideal candidate, you should possess:

• A completed or in-progress Master's degree.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Good command of the English language.
• Passion and enthusiasm for HR topics, curiosity, proactiveness, a flexible approach, and respect for deadlines.
• Previous work experience in HR and/or relevant exams or theses are considered advantageous.
