Le aree di intervento includono Cyber Security, Program Management, Application Maintenance e Managed Services.

Entrando a far parte del Team AMS ServiceNow, sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico per la gestione continuativa della piattaforma ServiceNow su un portfolio di clienti strutturati. Il tuo focus sarà sul presidio operativo, sull'ottimizzazione delle soluzioni in esercizio e sul miglioramento continuo del servizio.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Progettare e configurare workflow che automatizzano processi aziendali che coinvolgono più team (es. onboarding, richieste IT, approvazioni interne).

• Tradurre processi aziendali in flussi digitali, definendo step, ruoli e regole di assegnazione.

• Sviluppare e personalizzare applicazioni ServiceNow per la gestione centralizzata di richieste e attività.

• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi digitalizzati, individuando inefficienze e ottimizzazioni.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai una laurea o un diploma in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini.

• Hai conoscenze di base di programmazione (JavaScript è un plus).

• Ti interessa lo sviluppo software e la costruzione di applicazioni.

• Ti piace analizzare problemi e trasformarli in soluzioni strutturate.

• Ti piace lavorare in team e confrontarti su problemi tecnici.

• Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

KPMG Open Platform is our new innovative hub based in Naples, designed to develop service models and technology-driven solutions for both private enterprises and the Public Sector. Our areas of expertise include Cyber Security, Program Management, Application Maintenance, and Managed Services.

By joining the ServiceNow AMS Team, you will contribute to the ongoing development, configuration, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform for a portfolio of structured clients. Your focus will be on supporting operational activities, optimizing live solutions, and driving continuous service improvement.

Specifically, you will:

• Design and configure workflows that automate business processes involving multiple teams (e.g. onboarding, IT requests, internal approvals).

• Translate business processes into digital workflows by defining steps, roles, and assignment rules.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for centralized request and task management.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digitalized processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimizations.

You will have the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic environment, contributing to the operational continuity and evolution of the ServiceNow platform for clients within our network.

• You hold a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• You have basic knowledge of programming (JavaScript is a plus).

• You are interested in software development and application design.

• You are eager to work in a team and discuss technical challenges.

• You are curious and motivated to learn enterprise technologies and cloud platforms.

• You have a good command of the English language.
