Le aree di intervento includono Cyber Security, Program Management, Application Maintenance e Managed Services.

Entrando a far parte del Team AMS ServiceNow, ti occuperai della gestione continuativa delle piattaforme ServiceNow già attive presso un portfolio di clienti strutturati. Sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico e il tuo tuo focus sarà sul presidio operativo, sull'ottimizzazione delle soluzioni in esercizio e sul miglioramento continuo del servizio. 

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Presidiare operativamente le piattaforme ServiceNow attive, intervenendo su malfunzionamenti, richieste di modifica e aggiornamenti di processo.

• Modificare e ottimizzare workflow già configurati: adattare regole di assegnazione, aggiungere passaggi, correggere flussi che non seguono più il percorso corretto.

• Introdurre nuove funzionalità all’interno di applicazioni esistenti (nuovi tipi di richiesta, nuovi form, nuove integrazioni con altri sistemi).

• Garantire la continuità operativa del servizio, rispettando i livelli di servizio concordati con il cliente (SLA).

• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi digitalizzati, individuando inefficienze e proponendo ottimizzazioni.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai un background accademico (laurea o diploma) in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline STEM, oppure hai completato un percorso di specializzazione in sviluppo software o programmazione.

• Hai conoscenze di base di programmazione (JavaScript è un plus).

• Ti interessa lo sviluppo software e la costruzione di applicazioni.

• Ti piace analizzare problemi e trasformarli in soluzioni strutturate.

• Sai lavorare in team e confrontarti su problemi tecnici.

• Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Do Work That Matters – Your role and responsibilities

KPMG Open Platform is our innovative Hub based in Naples, established to develop high-tech service models and solutions for both private enterprises and Public Administration. Our areas of expertise include Cyber Security, Program Management, Application Maintenance and Managed Services.

As part of the AMS ServiceNow Team, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of ServiceNow platforms already live at a portfolio of structured clients. You will act as the technical point of reference, with a focus on operational oversight, optimisation of solutions in production and continuous service improvement.

Specifically, you will:

• Monitor and manage live ServiceNow platforms, addressing malfunctions, change requests and process updates.

• Modify and optimise existing workflows: adapting assignment rules, adding steps, correcting flows that no longer follow the correct path.

• Introduce new features within existing applications (new request types, new forms, new integrations with other systems).

• Ensure service continuity, meeting the service levels agreed with the client (SLAs).

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digitalised processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimisations.

• You hold a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a STEM discipline, or have completed a specialisation programme in software development or programming.

• You have basic programming knowledge (JavaScript is a plus).

• You have an interest in software development and application building.

• You enjoy analysing problems and turning them into structured solutions.

• You are a team player and enjoy discussing technical challenges with others.

• You have a good command of the English language.
