KPMG Open Platform è il nostro nuovo Hub innovativo con sede a Napoli creato per sviluppare modelli di servizio e soluzioni ad alto contenuto tecnologico per le imprese e la Pubblica Amministrazione. Le aree di intervento includono Cyber Security, Program Management su grandi cantieri di trasformazione del settore Pubblico, Application Maintenance e Managed Services.

Entrando a far parte del Team AMS ServiceNow, sarai impegnata/o nella gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali legati alla manutenzione e ottimizzazione della piattaforma ServiceNow. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con colleghe e colleghi esperti nell’implementazione di soluzioni digitali avanzate, garantendo l'efficienza operativa dei sistemi e supportando efficacemente i processi di business.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Condurre analisi approfondite per identificare aree di miglioramento, proponendo soluzioni attraverso le piattaforme ServiceNow.
• Progettare e implementare soluzioni personalizzate che siano allineate con le esigenze strategiche dei clienti.
• Fornire supporto continuo per la manutenzione delle piattaforme ServiceNow, risolvendo proattivamente le problematiche tecniche.
• Condurre sessioni di formazione e workshop per garantire che gli utenti finali possano utilizzare efficacemente le soluzioni implementate.
• Monitorare le performance del sistema ServiceNow e proporre soluzioni per migliorarne l'efficacia.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai maturato da 2-4 anni di esperienza in un'azienda o in una società di consulenza che fornisce assistenza su piattaforme ServiceNow.
• Hai una comprensione dettagliata dei moduli ServiceNow e delle loro interazioni.
• Possiedi capacità di identificare e risolvere rapidamente problematiche tecniche e funzionali, utilizzando metodologie di troubleshooting efficaci.
• Hai una buona padronanza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero.

KPMG Open Platform is our new innovative hub based in Naples, created to develop high-tech service models and solutions for businesses and public administration. Its focus areas include Cyber Security, Program Management for large-scale public sector transformation projects, Application Maintenance, and Managed Services.

By joining the AMS ServiceNow Team, you will play a key role in managing business change processes related to the maintenance and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in implementing advanced digital solutions, ensuring the operational efficiency of systems and effectively supporting business processes.

Specifically, you will:

• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions through the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement customized solutions aligned with clients' strategic needs.
• Provide ongoing support for the maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, proactively resolving technical issues.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure end users can effectively utilize the implemented solutions.
• Monitor the performance of the ServiceNow system and propose solutions to improve its effectiveness.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You have 2–4 years of experience in a company or consultancy providing support for the ServiceNow platform.
• You have a detailed understanding of ServiceNow modules and their interactions.
• You possess the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical and functional issues using effective troubleshooting methodologies.
• You have a good command of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.
