Senior Financial Management & EPM

KPMG Advisory’s Management consulting line of services helps clients improve their processes and organisation for better financial, non-financial (ESG) and operating performance.

By joining our Financial Management and Enterprise Performance Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on finance and digital transformation projects, redesigning the planning, control and reporting models of leading companies. We are recruiting two professionals with at least one to three years of EPM experience to join our rapidly-expanding FM&EPM teams of young talents, which stand out for the quality and scope of their innovative projects, in Rome and Naples.

Specifically, your tasks may include:

• redefining EPM strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting their CFOs, CIOs and managers redefine and redesign the performance model;

• analysing and defining the new functional requirements of statutory and managerial consolidation, planning, budgeting and forecasting, sales and operational planning, product costing and ESG reporting;

• implementing innovative/digital performance management solutions;

• assessing the expected impacts and benefits of digitalising the function and processes using business cases.

The ideal candidate must have:

• a master’s degree in Engineering Management, Computer Engineering or Business;

• two to four years of experience in EPM design and implementation projects using the main technologies available on the market;

• experience with modules of Tagetik is an advantage;

• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;

• problem solving abilities, with strong interpersonal skills and a team player;

• a desire to take on challenges and be comfortable in fast-changing situations where soft skills can make the difference.
