Business Consulting is KPMG Advisory's line of Services that supports its clients in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and organizations, directing the increase of economic-financial and physical-operational performance.

By joining our Customer & Operations team, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

At our Padova office, you will be placed in a rapidly expanding team full of young talents characterized by the quality and scope of its innovative projects. You will be involved in major discontinuity projects for major national and international clients.

 Specifically, your tasks may include:

• Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business
• Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance
• Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives
• Target Operating Model Design

The ideal candidate must have:

• Master's degree in Management Engineering or Management (or similar);
• Internship experience gained preferably in consulting and/or multinational companies;
• Passion and a lot of ambition to be able to transform and impact our customers' experience;
• Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities; and
• Excellent English language skills, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad;
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
