In particular, by joining the Padua Operations team, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customers' operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients along their digital transformation journey.
Specifically, you will be tasked in:
- Digital Transformation & Smart Manufacturing: implementation of advanced digital solutions to optimize production processes and promote the technological transformation of operations
- Procurement & Supply Chain: optimization of the supply chain and procurement processes, improving efficiency, transparency and sustainability
- Innovation & Engineering: development of innovative projects and engineering of products and processes to meet market needs with cutting-edge solutions
- Sales & Operations Planning: strategic planning of sales and operations
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
- A master's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience gained in consulting firms and/or multinational companies
- Passion and great ambition to be able to transform and influence the experience of our customers
- Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage different complex tasks and activities
- An excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge and experience in projects for the adoption of technologies in the Supply Chain & Operations field (e.g. planning systems, MES, WMS, PLM, supplier portals), Advance Analytics (e.g. Power BI)
