We are recruiting a consultant to join our Transfer Pricing team in Padova, who will be tasked with:

• structuring and performing compliance analyses with Italian tax legislation and the OECD guidelines;
• analysing the value chain of groups by interviewing management;
• analysing financial statements and intragroup contracts;
• developing their theoretical knowledge of the international tax matters that could be the subject of specific research and subsequently collaborating in the writing of articles if requested.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

• The ideal candidate must have:

• a master's degree in business or law;
• certification to practice as a chartered accountant / lawyer or the intention of going into professional practice;
• a good knowledge of English;
• an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in leading firms;
• a master's degree in tax law;
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
• flexible and dynamic approach.
