In particolare, entrerai a far parte del Team CIO Advisory di Roma, esperto di architetture e soluzioni di data management che supporta i CIO nell'evoluzione digitale del loro percorso, nel loro journey verso il cloud, dalla strategia all'esecuzione e dalla visione al valore reale. Entrerai a far parte di un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, per clienti di alto livello altamente visibili nei mercati dei servizi finanziari, dell'energia, del settore pubblico e dei consumatori e industriali.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di su tecnologie innovative su progetti sfidanti ed entusiasmanti, supportando i nostri clienti principalmente sulle seguenti tematiche:

ICT Strategy: aiutiamo i nostri clienti a sviluppare strategie tecnologiche e modelli operativi tecnologici innovativi;
ICT Architecture: consentiamo ai clienti di utilizzare soluzioni all'avanguardia per applicazioni, infrastrutture e TLC;
Data Management: aiutiamo i nostri clienti nell’identificazione delle migliori soluzioni di gestione del dato e progettazione di architetture di Data Management;
ICT Planning & Budgeting: assistiamo i nostri clienti a identificare, definire le priorità, progettare e indirizzare meglio gli investimenti tecnologici;
Strategic Sourcing: gestiamo la governance e svolgiamo attività di supporto tecnico durante la selezione delle varie opzioni e dei fornitori nell'intero ciclo dei servizi ICT;
ICT Governance and Organization: ci occupiamo della corretta struttura e dimensionamento delle risorse ICT;
ICT Cost right-sizing: valutiamo e suggeriamo opzioni per indirizzare meglio la spesa e le risorse ICT.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Elettronica, Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni, Fisica, Matematica o hai maturato esperienze equivalenti;
Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza di progettazione di architetture dati;
Esperienza in big data;
Esperienza con database relazionali e linguaggio SQL;
Conoscenza dei principali database non-relazionali;
Conoscenza delle architetture cloud per flussi batch e streaming;
Esperienza con i principali prodotti cloud nell'ambito dati (es. Google pubsub, storage, dataflow, dataproc, bigquery, looker) e soluzioni di data orchestration e management quali Snowflake e/o Databricks;
Esperienza sulla modellazione dati;
Conoscenza delle soluzioni e applicazioni di AI e Generative AI;
Conoscenza approfondita di almeno uno dei principali public cloud provider (AWS, MS Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud);
Conoscenza della lingua inglese, idealmente approfondita attraverso un'esperienza formativa/lavorativa all'estero.

Viene considerato un requisito preferenziale il possesso di una o più delle seguenti certificazioni:

Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer;
Google Professional Data Engineer;
AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer-Associate;
AWS Certified Data Engineer-Associate;
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate;
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate;
TOGAF 9.1 (o superiore).

Do you want to pursue a profession that is truly meaningful and impactful? The experts at Nolan Norton, an IT Strategy company within the KPMG network, help organisations to face digital transformation challenged and to implement IT architecture. In this role you will be a part of the CIO Advisory team in Rome, experts in data management architecture and solutions who support CIOs in the digital evolution of their route towards using the cloud, developing and executing their strategies and making their vision a reality. You will enter an exciting and dynamic work environment, work with high-profile clients within the financial services, energy, public sector and consumer and industrial markets.

More specifically, you will work with innovative technology within challenging and engrossing projects, and mainly support our clients in the following areas:

ICT Strategy: we help our clients to develop technological strategies and innovative technological operating models;
ICT Architecture: we allow clients to use advanced software, infrastructure and TLC solutions;
Data management: we help our clients in identifying the best data management solutions and to design data management architectures;
ICT Planning & Budgeting: we assist our clients in identifying, prioritising, designing and directing technological investments more effectively;
Strategic Sourcing: we manage governance and carry out technical support activities when selecting various options and suppliers throughout the ICT services cycle;
ICT Governance and Organisation: we oversee the correct structure and sizing of the ICT resources;
ICT Cost right-sizing: we assess the options and offer our own to direct the ICT costs and resources more effectively.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

a masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or have gained the equivalent experience;
minimum 3-4 years experience in designing data architectures;
experience in big data;
experience with relational databases and SQL;
knowledge of the fundamental non-relational databases;
knowledge of cloud architectures for batch flows and streaming;
experience with the fundamental data-related cloud products (e.g., Google Pub/Sub, Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, BigQuery and Looker) and data orchestration and management solutions such as Snowflake and/or Databricks;
experience with data modelling;
knowledge of AI and Generative AI solutions and applications;
in-depth knowledge of at least one of the main public cloud providers (AWS, MS Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud);
knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad.

It would be preferential to have one or more of the following certifications:

Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer;
Google Professional Data Engineer;
AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer-Associate;
AWS Certified Data Engineer-Associate;
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate;
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate;
TOGAF 9.1 (or higher).
