You will join our Corporate Finance professionals in the Financial Institutions Group in Rome and will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills. Being an active member of our Corporate Finance Practice, you will be part of the #1 M&A mid-market advisor both at a local and global level, you will be able to learn and grow thanks to inspiring and trusted leaders and you will build your career in one of the most exciting environments.

 

You will support colleagues in:

 

  • Working on Mergers and Acquisitions, assisting in origination and execution of deals (buyside, sellside, fundraising)
  • Performing valuation analyses including: financial statement analysis, company valuation, financial modeling
  • Analysing market data, conduct sector and company research, building detailed financial models
  • Preparation of client presentations, deal memoranda etc, both in the context of the origination and execution of transactions and preparing client presentations
  • Target analysis and / or buyer’s acquisition capacity analysis

 

To be the successful candidate you will have:

 

  • 3-4 years’ experience in M&A and valuation
  • An excellent Master’s degree in Business or Management Engineering
  • Knowledge of budget breakdown
  • Proficiency in English, ideally improved trough an educational/working experience abroad
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite

 

A working/internship experience during University will be considered a plus.
