KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.
Specifically, when you join the Customer & Operations Team in Rome, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models. You will work on projects that combine organizational design, process optimization, and digital transformation, supporting leading companies in redefining their operating models and governance structures. Your role will be key in enabling clients to achieve efficiency, resilience, and innovation.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Mapping and re-engineering business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and digital solutions
- Organizational analysis and design, supporting the definition of structures, sizing, roles, and responsibilities
- Project and Change Management, assisting in planning, monitoring, and managing transformation programs
- Target Operating Model design, contributing to the development of future-state models that integrate processes, organization, and technology
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
- A master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
- Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad

This opportunity is offered as either an internship or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
