Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o, presso la nostra sede di Roma, in progetti di implementazione SAP dedicati ai processi HR, affiancando consulenti esperti nell’adattare il sistema alle esigenze del cliente.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Supportare il team nella configurazione dei moduli SAP HR, impostando parametri e regole del sistema in base ai processi del cliente.

• Partecipare agli incontri con il cliente per comprendere i suoi processi HR, come la gestione dell’anagrafica del personale, delle presenze e del payroll, e raccoglierne le esigenze.

• Redigere analisi tecniche per gli sviluppatori, descrivendo le funzionalità da realizzare.

• Collaborare alle attività di test, simulando i principali scenari HR per verificare il corretto funzionamento della soluzione.

• Contribuire alla stesura della documentazione di progetto e dei materiali per gli utenti.

• Sei laureanda/o o neolaureata/o, preferibilmente in discipline STEM o economiche.

• Sei fortemente motivata/o a intraprendere un percorso nella consulenza tecnologica e vedi nello studio continuo un elemento centrale della tua crescita.

• Hai interesse per i sistemi ERP e per il modo in cui soluzioni come SAP supportano la gestione delle risorse umane.

• Hai capacità analitiche, precisione e un approccio strutturato alla risoluzione dei problemi.

• Possiedi un’ottima padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team.

• Sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all’estero in base alle esigenze progettuali.

L’opportunità prevede un inserimento in stage con indennità mensile di 800€ per stage curriculare o 1.000€ per stage extracurriculare.

KPMG Advisory supports businesses in transforming their business models, improving and digitalising their processes, analysing and managing risk, and in extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the Enterprise Platform Team, based in our Rome office, you will be involved in SAP implementation projects focused on HR processes, working alongside experienced consultants to tailor the system to the client’s needs.

Specifically, you will:

• Support the team in configuring SAP HR modules, setting up system parameters and rules based on the client’s processes.

• Join client meetings to understand their HR processes, such as employee master data, time management and payroll, and gather their requirements.

• Prepare technical analyses for developers, describing the features to be built.

• Take part in testing activities, simulating key HR scenarios to make sure the solution works correctly.

• Help prepare project documentation and user materials.

• You are a final year student or recent graduate, preferably with a STEM degree.

This opportunity is offered as a paid internship with a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships.
