Entrando a far parte dell'area Enterprise Platform nel team ServiceNow, avrai la responsabilità di guidare team di progetto e di consolidare la relazione con i clienti su iniziative basate sulla piattaforma ServiceNow.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Guidare la relazione con gli stakeholder del cliente, inclusi i livelli executive e C-level

• Coordinare e fare da mentor a team di consulenti su più progetti in parallelo

• Definire l'impostazione strategica delle soluzioni ServiceNow, garantendo coerenza tra design, architettura e obiettivi del cliente

• Supervisionare testing, rilascio e go-live, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, budget e standard qualitativi

• Contribuire allo sviluppo del business, tra proposte commerciali, staffing dei progetti e crescita della relazione con i clienti esistenti

• Hai una solida esperienza su progetti di implementazione ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CSM)

• Hai già ricoperto ruoli di coordinamento di team e gestione della relazione con il cliente su progetti complessi

• Sai lavorare con autonomia nell'impostare una soluzione e nel presidiarne la qualità end-to-end

• Hai esperienza nel contribuire allo sviluppo commerciale

• Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e sei disponibile a trasferte nazionali e internazionali

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 38.000 e € 51.000 per la qualifica di Assistant Manager e tra € 52.000 e € 65.000 per la qualifica di Manager, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all'esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

Do you want to do work that has a concrete impact on organisations? At KPMG you will have the opportunity to lead companies across different industries through their digital transformation journeys, helping shape the strategic direction of projects and building solutions that improve how business processes run.

By joining the Enterprise Platform area within the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for leading project teams and strengthening client relationships on initiatives built on the ServiceNow platform.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the relationship with client stakeholders, including executive and C-level contacts

• Coordinating and mentoring teams of consultants across multiple concurrent projects

• Defining the strategic direction of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring consistency between design, architecture and client objectives

• Overseeing testing, release and go-live phases, ensuring timelines, budget and quality standards are met

• Contributing to business development, including commercial proposals, project staffing and growing relationships with existing clients

• You have solid experience on ServiceNow implementation projects (ITSM, ITOM, CSM)

• You have already held roles involving team coordination and client relationship management on complex projects

• You can work autonomously in defining a solution's approach and overseeing its quality end-to-end

• You have experience contributing to business development

• You have a good command of English and are available for national and international travel

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €38,000 to €51,000 for the Assistant Manager position and from €52,000 to €65,000 for the Manager position. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate's skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
