Operations Senior Consultant

Business consulting is the KPMG Advisory line of services helping our clients improve their processes and organisation for better financial and operational performance.

By joining our Customer and operations team, you will be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their digital transformation process.

You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects, at our Rome office. You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.

Specifically, your tasks may include:

• business process mapping and re-engineering;
• organisational analysis and design;
• digital transformation and robotic process automation (functional area);
• project and change management;
• target operating model design.

The ideal candidate must have:

• a master’s degree in engineering management/business;
• passion and a strong desire to transform and impact our clients’ experience;
• at least two to five years of experience in a similar role with a consulting company and/or a company;
• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• good project management skills.

The successful candidate would preferably have:

• Lean Six Sigma green belt certification;
• certification in the project management area.
