Entrando a far parte del dipartimento Information Technology di Milano come IT HCM Developer contribuirai a render più efficienti ed integrati i servizi informatici a supporto dei processi di business di KPMG.

In particolare, ti occuperai di: 

• Fornire stime e implementare estensioni su SAP BTP per realizzare e personalizzare le funzionalità e le interfacce nella piattaforma SAP SuccessFactors
• Interagire col team People e analizzare i requisiti funzionali che concorrono all’implementazione dei processi HR;
• Tenere traccia di evolutive, segnalazioni di errore e debiti tecnici nel backlog del team;
• Troubleshooting, bugfixing e supporto al team People;
• Registrare incident in caso di segnalazione di malfunzionamento o di blocco del sistema.
• Redigere documentazione tecnica legata ai moduli in ambito SAP SuccessFactors.

Come As Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza in progetti di sviluppo ed estensione su SAP BTP.
• Hai una buona conoscenza di almeno una o più delle seguenti tecnologie: SAPUI5, SAP Cloud Application Model, SAP Cloud SDK for JavaScript, architetture a microservizi, Cloud Foundry, BTP Services.
• Possiedi un’ottima conoscenza di JavaScript.
• Possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero.

KPMG Business Services provides internal services to the organization, supporting all service lines and assisting professionals in managing their daily activities.

By joining the Information Technology department in Milan as an IT HCM Developer, you will help make IT services more efficient and integrated in support of KPMG’s business processes.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Providing estimates and implementing extensions on SAP BTP to develop and customize features and interfaces on the SAP SuccessFactors platform;
• Interacting with the People team and analyzing functional requirements for implementing HR processes;
• Tracking enhancements, error reports, and technical debt in the team backlog;
• Troubleshooting, bug fixing, and supporting the People team;
• Logging incidents in case of system malfunctions or outages;
• Drafting detailed documentation, including functional and technical analyses related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualities

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in development and extension projects on SAP BTP;
• You have a good knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: SAPUI5, SAP Cloud Application Model, SAP Cloud SDK for JavaScript, microservices architectures, Cloud Foundry, BTP Services;
• You have excellent knowledge of JavaScript;
• You have a good command of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
