All'interno dell'area Enterprise Platform, il nostro team SAP è un ambiente in crescita e pieno di energia dove prendono forma le più innovative progettualità, analizzando i requisiti strategici e progettando soluzioni di alto livello per passare da un modello operativo tradizionale a un ambiente Industry 4.0.

Entrerete a far parte di un team coinvolto in progetti innovativi per l'ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali, la customizzazione di soluzioni SAP standard e l'adattamento di funzioni personalizzate per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.

In particolare, ti potrai occupare di:

• analizzare i requisiti di business attraverso sessioni di approfondimento e interviste con le aree aziendali coinvolte nel processo;

• progettazione della migliore soluzione SAP ECC e S/4 HANA per il cliente;

• analisi funzionale e tecnica dei processi end-to-end;

• configurazione delle soluzioni SAP sui moduli PP e QM;

• test interni e con gli utenti della soluzione software;

• supporto e formazione agli utenti finali;

• supporto al cliente durante la fase di rilascio e di hypercare.

Il candidato ideale deve avere:

• 2-4 anni di esperienza in azienda o in società di consulenza nell'implementazione o gestione di soluzioni SAP nell'ambito di progetti nazionali e internazionali;

• una consolidata esperienza nei moduli SAP PP e QM maturata lavorando su progetti;

• laurea in materie economiche o scientifiche;

• ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero;

• disponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio nazionale e all'estero.

Working closely with CIOs and senior management, they analyse the strategic requirements and design top-tier solutions to advance from a traditional operating model to an Industry 4.0 environment. Our team has received the SAP Gold Quality Award for business transformation in recognition of its digital transformation, 3D visualisation, paperless processes and data and analytics expertise.

As an integral member of the SAP team, you will actively contribute to all stages of the project and work closely with clients.

You will work on national and international projects, which include the analysis, design and implementation of bespoke SAP solutions and the optimisation of business processes.

Specifically, your tasks may include:

• analysing the business requirements via in-depth sessions and interviews with the company areas involved in the process at different times;

• designing the best SAP ECC and S/4 HANA solution for the client;

• functional and technical analyses of end-to-end processes;

• configuring SAP solutions on PP and QM modules;

• internal tests and with users of the software solution;

• support and provision of training to end users;

• client support during the release and hypercare stage.

The ideal candidate must have:

• at least four years of experience working in a company or for a consulting company in the implementation or management of SAP solutions as part of national and international projects;

• consolidated expertise in the SAP PP and QM modules gained by working on projects;

• Candidates would ideally have experience in migration projects to the SAP S4/HANA solution;

• a degree in business or scientific subjects;

• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;

• availability to travel domestically and abroad.
