Per il nostro team Family Office & Private Client presso l’ufficio di Roma o Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un professionista che sarà responsabile di:

• In via primaria, compliance fiscale per persone fisiche (dichiarazioni dei redditi, quadro RW, fiscalità degli strumenti finanziari, adempimenti e controlli).
• In via subordinata, consulenza su imposte dirette e indirette, strumenti di passaggio generazionale e protezione del patrimonio.
• Ricerche normative/prassi, redazione memo e supporto nei rapporti con l’Amministrazione Finanziaria. 

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

Questa è l’opportunità perfetta per te se hai:

• Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche (LM-56 o LM-77) o giuridiche (LMG-01);
• Esperienza di 2-5 anni maturata presso uno studio legale internazionale, una Big Four e/o una società di consulenza;
• Abilitazione o volontà di intraprendere la pratica professionale come Dottore commercialista e/o Avvocato;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
• Ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
• Spiccate capacità organizzative, spirito d’iniziativa e problem solving;
• Approccio flessibile e dinamico.

Sarà considerato un plus un Master di II livello in Diritto Tributario.

Its highly qualified teams specialize in both practice areas and client sectors, offering integrated and innovative services.

Our Family Office & Private Client team in Milan or Rome is recruiting for a graduate who will:

• primarily, provide tax compliance services to private clients, including assistance with income tax returns, foreign asset reporting (RW forms), and the taxation of financial instruments;
• in addition, advise on direct and indirect taxation, succession and estate planning, and wealth management strategies;
• conduct complex research into literature, case law and statements of practice, draft reports and opinions and handle dealings with the Italian Revenue Agency.

Your Qualifications, Skills, and Characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity if you have:

• a master's degree in economics (LM-56 or LM-77) or law (LMG-01);
• qualified as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer or wish to begin your qualifying work experience;
• 2-5 years’ experience at an international law firm, the Big Four and/or an advisory firm;
• an excellent knowledge of English;
• an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities;
• a flexible and dynamic approach.

A postgraduate second-level master’s in tax law would be a plus.
