Senior Tax Consultant - Rome

We are recruiting a professional to join our Tax team in Rome, who will be tasked with:

• analysing issues concerning direct and indirect taxation in Italy and offering ongoing advice to companies;
• expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters;     
• handling tax compliance (tax fulfilments and direct tax returns and VAT forms).

Qualifications/requirements

• a master's degree in business or law;
• up to four/five years of experience in solid Italian or international companies;
• excellent knowledge of English;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
• flexible and dynamic approach.

Desired characteristics

• a master's degree in tax law;
• certification to practice as a chartered accountant / lawyer.
