In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform, sarai impegnata/o nella gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni digitali presenti sul mercato per la gestione integrata dei processi.

All'interno della practice Microsoft, supporterai programmi di trasformazione digitale della Supply Chain in realtà complesse e multinazionali, lavorando a stretto contatto con le funzioni Operations e con i team progettuali per tradurre le esigenze di business in soluzioni applicative efficaci.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Analizzare i processi Operations as-is e contribuire alla definizione dei processi to-be in ambito Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, Sales & Distribution

• Configurare i moduli Supply Chain Management di Dynamics 365 F&O secondo le best practice Microsoft

• Redigere documentazione funzionale: Business Requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, Functional Design Document, process flow e user stories

• Collaborare con gli utenti Operations (acquisti, logistica, produzione, pianificazione) durante workshop, raccolta requisiti, sessioni di validazione e definizione delle soluzioni

• Supportare le fasi di test (SIT e UAT): preparazione dei casi di test, esecuzione, analisi anomalie e validazione funzionale

• Presidiare i punti di integrazione con l'area Finance e con i sistemi di fabbrica e di magazzino, garantendo la coerenza end-to-end dei processi

• Partecipare al cut-over e al go-live, con supporto operativo agli utenti nelle attività di hypercare

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai maturato esperienza come Functional Consultant su Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in area Supply Chain / Operations

• Hai familiarità con i principali processi di acquisto, logistica e produzione (P2P, ciclo attivo, MRP, gestione distinte base e cicli di lavorazione)

• Conosci le logiche di integrazione tra i moduli Operations e l'area amministrativo-contabile, ad esempio valorizzazione delle scorte e contabilità industriale

• Sei abituata/o a interfacciarti con key user di stabilimento o magazzino, facilitando workshop e momenti di analisi

• Lavori con metodo e attenzione al dettaglio, sapendo gestire le priorità operative del progetto

• Parli inglese fluente e sai muoverti in contesti multinazionali e multi-country

• Sei disponibile a trasferte per seguire le attività progettuali nelle fasi chiave

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 31.000 e € 41.000 per la qualifica di Senior Consultant e tra € 38.000 e € 51.000 per la qualifica di Assistant Manager, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all'esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will contribute to managing business transformation initiatives; together with experienced colleagues, you will analyse strategic requirements and help implement the most advanced digital solutions available for integrated process management.

Within the Microsoft practice, you will support Supply Chain Digital Transformation programmes in complex and multinational organisations, working closely with Operations users and project teams to translate business needs into effective application solutions.

In particular, you will:

• Analyse as-is Operations processes and contribute to defining to-be processes in the areas of Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, and Sales & Distribution

• Configure the Supply Chain Management modules of Dynamics 365 F&O in line with Microsoft best practices

• Prepare functional documentation, including Business Requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, Functional Design Documents, process flows, and user stories

• Collaborate with Operations users (purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, planning) during workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, validation activities, and solution definition

• Support testing phases (SIT and UAT): preparing test cases, executing tests, analysing defects, and validating solutions

• Oversee integration points with the Finance area and with shop-floor and warehouse systems, ensuring end-to-end process consistency

• Participate in cut-over and go-live, providing operational support to end users during hypercare

• You have experience as a Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in the Supply Chain / Operations area

• You are familiar with key procurement, logistics and manufacturing processes (P2P, order-to-cash, MRP, bills of materials, and routings)

• You understand how the Operations modules integrate with the finance and accounting area, for example inventory valuation and cost accounting

• You are comfortable interacting with key users at plant or warehouse level, facilitating workshops and analysis sessions

• You work with a structured approach and strong attention to detail, managing project priorities effectively

• You are fluent in English and able to operate in multinational and multi-country environments

• You are available to travel to support key phases of project delivery

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €31,000 to €41,000 for the Senior Consultant position and from €38,000 to €51,000 for the Assistant Manager position. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate's skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
