Business consulting is the KPMG Advisory line of services helping our clients improve their processes and organisation for better financial and operational performance.

The Financial management and enterprise performance management team was created to help companies from all sectors address issues related to the improvement of the processes and technologies used in finance processes in a granular and transversal manner.

By joining our team in Milan or Turin, you will interact with top-tier professionals and clients, laying the foundations for your career in a collaborative and stimulating environment focused on individual growth and open to dialogue.

You will work with expert colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.

Specifically, you will be challenged with:

• redefining enterprise performance management strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model;
• analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
• designing IT solutions for finance and business processes and providing support in the implementation stage, in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market (Oracle, Tagetik, Board and OneStream);
• monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance;
• generation of functional analysis documents.

The ideal candidate must have:

• one to five years of experience with a consulting company and/or in a company in the following areas: control models, budget and forecast, consolidated and statutory financial statements and management accounts, financial planning;
• a master’s degree (graduate or nearing completion) in business/management or engineering management, with excellent results;
• knowledge of the Oracle modules (Cloud, EPM, PBCS, FCCS, HFM, Planning), Tagetik, Board, OneStream is required for at least one of these tools;
• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad and of the Microsoft Office suite.
