KPMG Fides Administration Services provides professional services in managing administrative, accounting and tax processes, playing a key role in redesigning reporting models and harmonizing management accounting processes.

By joining the Payroll Team in Verona, you will work closely with market-leading companies supporting client companies, working through an ‘integrated’ compliance of administrative activities to translate into processes the heterogeneous legal, regulatory and procedural environment that affects accounting, tax and legal compliance.   

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• In-depth analysis of the various issues inherent to the discipline of labor relations, as well as tax and contributory issues;
• Continuous monitoring of Italian and international regulations related to contractual, contributory and tax issues;
• Assist in the analysis of payroll/contributory issues concerning personnel related to extraordinary operations;
• Provide support in the monthly processing of pay slips and management of annual and periodic compliances;
• Provide support in relation to the payroll delivery process (reporting,etc).

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:

•  Bachelor's Degree in economic/legal subjects;
• Adequate training and constant updating with respect to all labor laws and their correct application;
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
• Flexibility, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Excellent knowledge of English.
