In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team di Governance, Risk & Compliance di Verona potrai aiutare le aziende a trasformare i rischi in opportunità per migliorare la loro organizzazione e l’evoluzione dei loro sistemi di governance, ottenendo un vantaggio competitivo e offrendo soluzioni integrate e approcci innovativi per la gestione strategica del rischio.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Definizione e revisione dei modelli di Corporate Governance e dei Sistemi di Controlli Interni e Gestione dei Rischi
• Analisi dei framework regolamentari di riferimento sia in ambito europeo che nazionale (e.g. CRR-CRD, Solvency II, IORP II)
• Applicazione dei principali Framework di controllo (e.g. AI ACT, AML-CTF, ERM, SOX, L. 262/05, D. Lgs 231/01)
• Progetti di Regulatory Transformation in ottica di adeguamento ed evoluzione dei presidi organizzativi e di controllo oltreché tecnologici in risposta alle discontinuità regolamentari e alle richieste delle principali Autotità di Vigilanza;
• Supporti ad iniziative di trasformazione per l’evoluzione dei processi operativi e dei sistemi informativi a supporto delle Funzioni di Controllo attraverso l’utilizzo di nuove tecnologie (e.g. Machine Learning, AI, Piattaforme GRC)

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali al fianco di professioniste e professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorerai a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del settore dei Financial Services, tra cui banche, assicurazioni e società di investimento.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai:

• Esperienza di 3 - 5 anni presso società di consulenza nelle aree Regulatory, Risk & Compliance e/o presso banche e compagnie assicurative;
• Laurea magistrale o Master in Economia, Finanza, Scienze Giuridiche con ottima votazione;
• Interesse per i Financial Services (settore bancario, assicurativo, asset management) e buona conoscenza del framework normativo del settore finanziario;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all’estero;

When you join the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management.

KPMG Advisory’s Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join our Verona team serving clients in the Financial sector.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Definition and review of Corporate Governance models and Internal Control and Risk Management Systems
• Analysis of relevant regulatory frameworks at both European and national levels (e.g., CRR-CRD, Solvency II, IORP II)
• Application of key control frameworks (e.g., AI ACT, AML-CTF, ERM, SOX, Law 262/05, Legislative Decree 231/01)
• Regulatory Transformation projects aimed at adapting and evolving organizational, control, and technological safeguards in response to regulatory changes and the requirements of major Supervisory Authorities
• Support for transformation initiatives to enhance operational processes and information systems supporting Control Functions through the use of new technologies (e.g., Machine Learning, AI, GRC Platforms)

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

• at least three years of risk & compliance experience with companies (insurance companies or banks) or consulting companies;
• a master's degree or other post-graduate degree in business, engineering management or finance with excellent results;
• an interest in financial services (banking and/or insurance) and a good knowledge of the finance sector's regulatory framework;
• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
